Dr Carole Deighton

Dr Carole Deighton has experience of providing professional research and consultancy services across a range of sectors including defence, civil transportation (air, road and rail), financial and emergency services. Since 1989 Carole has held Human Factors positions within academia (Cranfield University), MOD (Rotorcraft and Simulation Groups, DERA Bedford), industry, consultancies and now works for BAE Systems AeI.

Within the HFI DTC Carole provides research in the following areas:

• Competence Framework Development
• Learning Requirements Analysis and Specification
• HFI advice and guidance
